INDICATIONS  
SECUFEM is an emergency contraceptive that can be used to prevent pregnancy following unprotected intercourse or following a known or suspected contraceptive failure.  
     
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION  
The first SECUFEM tablet should be taken orally and as soon as possible within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. The second tablet should be taken 12 hours after the first dose. It is important to highlight that the sooner the first tablet is taken after unprotected intercourse, the better the efficacy will be. SECUFEM can be used at any time during the menstrual cycle.
If vomits occur within two hours of taken either dose, the user must repeat the dose.
 
     
CONTRAINDICATIONS  
Undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding, known or suspected pregnancy, hypersensitivity to any component of the product, active hepatitis.  
     
HOW SUPPLIED  
Packs containing 2 0.75 mg levonorgestrel tablets.
